Spiritually Driven Ministries Inc., a 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit, sends text message reminders to students and parents about the FCA huddle. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your first and last name
• Your mobile phone number
• Whether you are a student or a parent, and if a parent, your student's name
• The date you agreed to receive messages, and the wording you agreed to

We collect this only when you enter it yourself on our sign-up page and check the consent box. We do not buy phone numbers, import them from school records, or add anyone who did not sign up.

What we do with it

We use your number for one purpose: sending you text messages about the FCA huddle — meeting times and locations, schedule changes, events, and service projects. We use your name so messages can be addressed to you.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional reasons. Your information is not shared with advertisers or with any other organization.

The only outside party that ever touches your number is our text messaging provider, Twilio, which delivers the messages on our behalf and is not permitted to use your information for anything else.

Students under 13

We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from children under 13. Our sign-up page asks students to confirm they are 13 or older; students under 13 are directed to have a parent or guardian sign up with the parent's own number instead. If a student under 13 was signed up, let us know and we will take them off the list.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message from us and you are removed from the list immediately and permanently. Reply HELP to any message for contact information. You can also email us and we will remove you, and you can ask us to delete your information entirely at any time.

Security

Your name and number are stored in an access-controlled database that requires a login. Access is limited to the coaches and teachers who support the huddle, and the list is available for review by school administration on request.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version at this address.
