The program

Spiritually Driven Ministries Inc., a 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit, operates a text message program for students and parents connected to the FCA huddle at Stambaugh Middle School. Messages cover meeting times and locations, schedule changes, events, and service projects.

Signing up

You join by entering your own mobile number on our sign-up page and checking the box agreeing to receive messages. Nobody is added without doing this. Students under 13 must have a parent or guardian sign up using the parent's number.

How often we message

About one message per week during the school year, roughly late September through the end of May. Occasionally more if a meeting time changes or an event is coming up.

Cost

We do not charge anything to join or to receive messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed immediately. You will get one final message confirming you are off the list, and nothing after that. To rejoin, sign up again on the sign-up page.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and signal.
